This half-day or twilight workshop considers how schools and parents/ carers can work well together to support pupils.

At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

  • understand the importance of working effectively with parents/ carers

  • consider strategies for building effective relationships with parents/ carers

  • practise strategies for managing relationships during times of challenge

Workshop Overview

​

This practical and interactive workshop will explore strategies for building effective relationships with parents/ carers, provide opportunities to practise strategies for managing challenging situations, and reflect on a whole school approach which involves pupils, staff and parents/ carers.
