Training Administrator – Online Training and Systems
Family Links: The Centre for Emotional Health is recruiting for a Training Administrator – Online Training and Systems, to support the promotion of all Family Links training courses and manage the set-up and booking process for the online training.
We are looking for a very organised individual with strong IT, database and website skills, to work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of Family Links’ trainings. The post holder will be responsible for keeping training courses on the website up to date, updating our database and sending Zoom links for online training bookings and using the CRM system to send targeted e-shots to promote training.

Hours: part-time (25 hours per week)
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on experience
Reports to: Head of Operations and HR
Type: permanent post with a regular presence in the Oxford office
25 days annual leave per year (pro rata)
Employer pension contributions of 7% annual salary per annum
