Workplace wellbeing: resilience and psychological safety

The lockdown has affected everyone differently, some people are excited to go back to work, others have high levels of anxiety. What is clear is that in order to recover as an organisation, the wellbeing and emotional health of each person must be the focus.


In this video, we explore the concept of psychological safety and resilience and think of ways in which they can be promoted in organisational contexts.


We also touch on how organisations can support employees through changes. The benefits are many for the employees and the organisation: motivation, flexibility, productivity, collaboration and engagement among others.
