This video was made as a partnership between four Islington organisations: New River College secondary, SoapBox youth centre, Islington CAMHS and local community organisation, The Peel.
The primary aim of this video was to produce a tool which schools, CAMHS and others can use to teach young people about how the brain reacts to stress and trauma, in recognition that psychoeducation can be a powerful intervention in and of itself.
