Since the end of 2020, we have been working with Buckinghamshire Family Support Service to provide a consistent approach across their early help provision, training their staff in a range of our programmes. As part of this cross-service training provision, we gathered feedback from the team at various time points and looked at whether they felt the training was equipping them more strategies and approaches to work with their families effectively.
