HAPPY Training Course

Healthy & Active Parenting Programme in the Early Years

This 4-day training course will provide practitioners with the skills, knowledge and resources needed to deliver the 12-session HAPPY group programme for pregnant women and their partners with the aim of reducing childhood obesity.

Six of the sessions take place during the antenatal phase and six take place post-natally, until the baby is nine months old.
