The training reflects the Four Constructs on which the Nurturing Programme is based. Family Links trainers expect to demonstrate the Four Constructs in action throughout the training. For more information on the basis of the Nurturing Programme click here.

Trainees are involved in many activities, some of which are personally as well as professionally challenging, stimulating and rewarding. Everyone working with the Nurturing Programme needs to be reasonably comfortable with the emotional issues in their own lives, as well as those they may encounter in the lives of people they support.

The training is designed to be safe, informal and enjoyable.
